Each serving of FA Mass CORE provides 40 g of wholesome protein supporting the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and di-, tripeptides and free amino acids derived from hydrolyzed whey proteins (Optipep™) and hydrolyzed casein (PeptoPro®), as well as e whey protein isolate (Isolac®). In addition, each portion of the product contains 136 g of carbohydrates (simple and complex), which are the basic source of energy for working muscles, which prevents burning and using protein for energy needs.

CARBELAC®

Whey protein concentrate WPC and the most versatile protein taking into account the time of application and the length of absorption. It has a slightly longer time needed for complete digestion of approx. 2-3 hours and a slightly longer time needed to initiate the digestion process approx. 30 minutes after consumption. It is the basic building block of your muscles, which protects the anabolic state of the body.

ISOLAC®

Whey protein isolate WPI, i.e. whey protein fraction subjected to micro and ultrafiltration, thanks to which we get the highest degree of protein concentration in the product (over 90%). It has the highest content of branched chain amino acids BCAA because as much as 25 g per 100 g! In addition, it does not contain carbohydrates and fats. Together with Optipep™, it affects the increased insulin response of the body after its consumption.

OPTIPEP®

Pre-digested enzymatically whey isolate in the form of two and tri-peptides, containing protein in the amount of 90 g per 100 g. Hydrolysis of whey isolate consists in the pre-digestion of isolated protein, which no longer requires “cutting” it into free amino acids by our body so that they can be absorbed.

PEPTOPRO®

Hydrolyzed casein derived from milk. Currently, one of the most modern protein fractions on the supplement market, characterized by very high quality, fast absorption and an aminogram typical of casein. PeptoPro® is a patented and proprietary formula that uses enzymes that deprive the product of the acidic taste characteristic of hydrolyzed products.

WAY OF USE:

Mix 4 scoops of powder (200 g) with 400 ml of water or skimmed milk.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION:

Consume ½-1 servings 45-75 minutes before training and ½-1 servings immediately after training. On days without training, consume 1 serving between meals. Due to the high concentration of nutrients in the product, you can consume ½ portions 2 or 4 times a day.
