The GRAPHITE router with a powerful 1300W motor is designed for milling holes, grooves, edges and profiles in all types of wood and wood-based materials, as well as plastics and aluminum. The device has a function of smooth regulation of speed and milling depth. The idle speed range is 11000 to 28000 min-1. The milling machine has a spindle lock and a milling depth lock. The milling depth can be adjusted using three devices: an 8-stage depth stop, a depth stop with a smooth adjustment (range 0-55 mm) and a knob for precise depth adjustment (accuracy 0.1 mm). The device is equipped with a stable aluminum foot with a plastic cover, ensuring easy guidance of the device on all types of surfaces. The milling machine's motor guides are mounted in an aluminum body with sockets subjected to specialized surface treatment, thanks to which the device is characterized by increased precision during plunge cutting. The ergonomic handles of the milling machine are covered with non-slip material, making operating the device comfortable and safe. The dust cover and dust extraction adapter are made of transparent polycarbonate. The milling machine is equipped with a large speed control knob, located within reach of the operator's right thumb. The left handle of the milling machine is equipped with an arched, ergonomic body guide locking lever, which allows you to operate it without taking your hand off. The set with the milling machine includes: an open-end wrench, a guide sleeve for copying according to a template, a spike for circular milling, an adapter for dust extraction with a reduction, three collets with diameters of 6, 8, 12 mm, an aluminum parallel guide equipped with a special overlay with material, protecting against scratches and a mechanism that allows precise adjustment of the position of the cutter relative to the edge of the material. The device is equipped with a flexible and durable 3m rubber-coated power cord, also intended for professional and industrial use both indoors and outdoors.
