Dnipro-M ER-160S is a network spindle milling machine for woodworking and wood-based materials. It will work well when milling grooves, grooves, edges, chamfering, profiling and making decorative shapes.

Precise adjustment and stable cutter guidance

The ER-160S allows you to accurately set the milling depth thanks to the adjustment screw and scale with markings. Adjustment with an accuracy of 0,1 mm is suitable for grooving, chamfering, edging and work where dimension repeatability is important.

The reversible depth locking system makes it easy to lower the cutter: just press the button, set the required depth and release the lock. The two springs in the guides prevent jamming and help maintain smooth movement during operation.

The clamping sleeves have intersections on both sides, so they securely hold the shank of the cutter along the entire length. They are integrated into the nut, which speeds up and facilitates the replacement of accessories.

Convenience of work, dust extraction and cutter included

The milling machine has rubberized handles set at an angle to the user, which improves control during longer work. The lock button when turned on makes it easy to work continuously, and the double quick spindle lock with a large button speeds up the replacement of the cutter.

The movable connector in the sole allows you to connect the vacuum cleaner and more convenient dust removal. The parallel stop rod cap allows you to use the milling machine in "circle" mode, e.g. when making roundings and round shapes.
