- 1 tablespoon mixture (2,0 g) pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) and infuse covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes and strain.
- Drink a warm infusion
- To obtain a beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, it is recommended to consume 1 cup of infusion (250 ml) prepared from 1 tablespoon of the mixture (2,0 g) 1 time a day.
