Description
The ArduCAM OV5647 5MP Fisheye camera module with M8 lens has been specially designed as an extension for Raspberry Pi minicomputers. The camera connects to the Raspberry Pi via the CSI (Camera Serial Interface) , which provides very high data transmission bandwidth and has been optimized for lag-free image transmission.
The compact size of the plate and the ability to replace the lens make it an excellent choice for mobile applications, drones, robotics, as well as vision systems requiring a wide viewing angle. Thanks to the Fisheye lens, the camera captures images with a field of view up to 210° (diagonal) , ideally suited for monitoring, panoramic shots or VR applications. The camera supports both 2592 × 1944 photos and video recording in 1080p30 , 720p60 and 640×480p60/90 modes. Compatible with the latest Raspberry Pi OS, supported by libcamera and other applications.
