The heart of the Oracle professional espresso machine is a heating system with two stainless boilers (a separate boiler for preparing coffee with +/-1°C precision and a separate boiler for steam production ensuring constant feeding). Thanks to this system, you can simultaneously prepare coffee at the optimal temperature, achieving the best taste, and froth milk.

In addition, the brewing head is equipped with a heater, which ensures that during the full coffee extraction process, the temperature throughout the system will not fluctuate. The built-in conical grinder with metal stones automatically grinded, portioned and whipped 22 grams of coffee for a double explosion of flavor.

Internal equipment

Almost all professional coffee preparation equipment is equipped with a pressure valve as standard. The OracleTM professional espresso machine is no exception. This fully commercial component determines the maximum pressure during the entire extraction process.
