Revolutionary Z10 coffee maker with P.R.G. grinder for hot and cold coffee specialties

The work of Swiss engineering art – the new Z10 coffee maker – doubles the number of coffee specialties offered. At the touch of a button, it will prepare a whole range of hot products from intense espresso to fashionable flat white. In addition, thanks to the possibility of preparing specialties such as Cold Brew opens up the whole parallel world for coffee gourmets. This is possible thanks to the P.R.G. (Product Recognising Grinder), which electronically adjusts the degree of grinding of coffee to the selected coffee specialty.

In addition, JURA has developed an innovative process for cold coffee preparation, such as Cold Brew in automatic coffee machines – an innovation in the truest sense of the word. This process involves pulsating the pressing of cold water under high pressure by freshly ground coffee. The result is a whole new type of coffee – refreshing, with a wonderfully balanced aroma and more clearly felt fruity notes.

This sensational, fully automatic Premium coffee maker is controlled by a twice as fast touch screen with a diagonal of 4,3’’ and Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The clear menu to choose specialties and the use of artificial intelligence make operation extremely simple and intuitive. A huge technological leap is reflected in the statuesque design. The concave-convex aluminum front is a visible proof of the passion for details and exceptional precision of workmanship. The high quality of the Z10 model proves the excellent taste of its users.

New P.R.G. (Product Recognising Grinder)

To ensure optimally ground coffee for each type of specialty, engineers from JURA developed the P.R.G. (Product Recognising Grinder). The electronically controlled multi-stage high-performance conical grinder is individually set to a predefined grinding degree – much faster than would be possible manually. The degree of grinding ranges from very finely ground coffee to the preparation of short coffees to coarsely ground to extended specialties. Thanks to electronic regulation, the change in the degree of grinding of grains takes place in full automatically. Settings can be permanently assigned to any type of specialty or changed once, immediately before preparing coffee thanks to the Aroma Selection menu available in the lower right corner of the home screen.

Cold Brew – exceptional refreshment

Thanks to Cold Extraction Process – cold coffee extraction technology – the Z10 machine prepares real Cold Brew specialties at the touch of a button. While many standard cold coffee drinks are most often made from hot brewed and cooled coffee, in the case of the Z10 machine, the extraction process is carried out using cold water, pulsating, under high pressure and coarsely ground coffee. As a result, in a cup we get a natural, professionally prepared refreshing drink, in which the fruity aromas of coffee, not suppressed by bitterness, are wonderfully felt. It is not just cold coffee, but real Cold Brew.

8th generation brewing unit

The brewing unit is the heart of every coffee maker. For the Z10 model, JURA has developed a new, eighth generation of brewing units. Thanks to the use of 3D brewing technology, water evenly penetrates through numerous layers of ground coffee. As a result, the aroma is maximally used, both in hot specialties and in Cold Brew coffees.
