JURA S8 offers 27 specialties that include both black coffees and extensive milk drinks. The menu includes espresso, coffee, americano, lungo, espresso doppio, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato and portions of milk and milk foam.

Selected drinks are also available in Extra Shot and Sweet versions, so you can prepare both classic coffee with a distinctive character, as well as more dessert compositions with delicately flavored foam. This menu works well in a home where everyone has their own coffee preferences.

♦ 4,3" color touch screen with intuitive operation

The large, 4,3" color touch screen provides convenient access to drinks and settings. The service is clear, and graphic instructions guide the user through the selection of the specialty and basic activities related to the preparation of coffee.

S8 allows you to personalize drinks, save settings and adjust parameters to your preferences. You can adjust, among others, coffee power, grinding degree, brewing temperature, amount of water and amount of milk and foam.

♦ Sweet Foam Function – sweet foam prepared during brewing

The Sweet Foam function allows you to aromatize the milk foam already during the preparation of the drink. The milk is heated, frothed and evenly combined with the syrup using the included attachment.

Thanks to this, Sweet Cappuccino, Sweet Flat White, Sweet Latte Macchiato or Sweet Latte gain a slightly dessert character, without the need to manually mix the syrup after brewing. The foam remains velvety, stable and aesthetic.

♦ P.A.G.2 mill and P.E.P.® technology

The S8 is equipped with a P.A.G.2 grinder, which is responsible for precise grinding of grains and a stable effect in the cup. Adjusting the grinding degree in 7 levels allows you to adjust the nature of the drink to the type of coffee and the expected intensity.

The P.E.P.® Pulse Extraction Process supports the preparation of short specialties such as espresso, extracting the depth of aroma, expressive body and elegant crema from coffee.

♦ Double spout and convenience for different drinks

The double coffee spout increases the comfort of everyday use, especially when preparing two black coffees. The height adjustment of the coffee spout in the range of 65 to 111 mm allows it to fit smaller cups and standard cups.

A separate cappuccino spout with a range of 107 to 153 mm has been adapted to higher glasses and milk specialties such as latte macchiato or flat white. The 70 to 116 mm adjustable hot water spout makes it easy to prepare tea or other infusions.

The water tank with a capacity of 1,9 l provides convenience with regular use of the machine, reducing the need for frequent refills. The side scoop can be quickly read, making it easy to control the water level.

The bean container holds 280 g of coffee and is equipped with an Aroma lid, which helps protect the freshness and smell of the beans. Active monitoring of the amount of grains supports the smooth operation of the device and reduces the risk of interruption of the preparation of the drink.
