Method of use
Each bar contains 46 grams of carbohydrates. Depending on the sport or event you are playing, you should consume 1-3 bars every hour during exercise to reach your target intake of 80-120g. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, you can consume more. Can be combined with other SiS products.
