Gel energy gel is a package with a screw cap, which is equivalent to three standard gels. It has a very mild and neutral taste, which reduces the feeling of getting tired of taste during long exercise. The gel formula itself has been developed so that the consistency does not affect the sticking in the mouth and reduces the need to immediately drink the gel with liquid.

It will work well during efforts lasting more than 60 minutes - one package contains 90g of carbohydrates. There are no electrolytes in the gel - it can be used together with other Precision Hydration products. The recommended maximum portion for consumption during the day is 3 sachets.

The gel has a glucose-fructose ratio of 2:1, which greatly facilitates the absorption of carbohydrates.
