Method of use
You should consume up to 3 sachets per hour, preferably during training and competition, in order to provide fast energy and isotonic components. It does not require drinking water. It can also be consumed before exercise to ensure that electrolytes are available for fluid absorption.

1x GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel and 2x GO Isotonic Energy Gels per hour during exercises lasting more than 90 minutes.
