It provides energy even faster than traditional gel. Each serving contains 21g of carbohydrates and 75mg of caffeine. This amount provides energy for 20 to 30 minutes of effort. Quick to use, does not irritate the esophagus, because it is mild in taste and does not need to be washed down with water.

SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel - 3 x 60 ml

Each packet of SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel contains 22g of carbohydrates very quickly absorbed carbohydrates and 118mg of sodium, 9,5mg of potassium and 1,5mg of magnesium. Such a portion provides energy for 20 to 30 minutes of exercise. The gel is easy and quick to use.

Usage: consume up to 3 sachets per hour, preferably during training and competition, to provide fast energy and isotonic ingredients. It does not require sipping water, but you should always remember about proper hydration.
