Method of use
It is recommended to consume 1-2 bars of SiS GO Energy Bake per hour of activity. The best results are achieved by starting consumption 30-45 minutes after the start of training and continuing at regular intervals. Remember to stay hydrated (500-750 ml of fluids per hour).
