Enervit Competition Bar is an excellent replacement for energy gels during sports that do not burden the digestive system with high-intensity shocks. Thanks to the solid form, the presence of rice flakes and oatmeal maintain a feeling of satiety for longer than standard liquid products containing carbohydrates.
