WHAT EXACTLY IS TENS AND WHAT IS EMS?

Behind these abbreviations are two different methods of electrostimulation – they use the same electrodes, but they serve something else. TENS is percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation: a clinically recognized method of pain relief without drugs, which, according to the manufacturer, when used correctly does not cause side effects.
