Application 1 : CAN DIMENSION

The pattern allows you to accurately draw on the wall the dimensions needed for drilling / forging holes for cans.

The standard can (i.e. 60 ) has about 63mm on the outside.

The circles in the template have a dimension of 68mm - the stock needed for gypsum / foam to seat the can.

Application 2 : SPACING FOR SEVERAL CANS SIDE BY SIDE

Standard can spacing : 71mm

Thanks to the stencil, you will draw on the wall the perfect spacing for several cans next to each other.

We apply the template to the wall or ceiling, align according to the level and mark the places under the drilling with a pencil or marker.

Thanks to this - when installing several wall switches in one frame - the switches will fit perfectly into the cans.

This also helps in the case of the game you have cans connected to each other - the spacing will fit perfectly.

Application 3 : LEVELING

The pattern is equipped with a Level Eyelet / Libella which allows you to perfectly position the templates horizontally and vertically.

You are used to your reliable level - the stencil at the top has two feet to add a level.

Application 4 : MEASURE

The measuring cup located at the bottom of the stencil allows you to make various measurements during construction work.

E.g. determine the distance between the door frame and the can opening.

Application 5 : EMBEDDING CANS

The template has holes for side screws.

Standard screw hole spacing : 60mm

Thanks to mim, you can screw the template to the cans - and when embedding cans in the wall holes - keep an eye on the proper leveling of the cans, and set the appropriate depth of embedding the cans.

When embedding cans, the template can be left until the gypsum/foam dries.

Using such a template significantly speeds up work and minimizes the risk of errors in the installation of electrical installations, especially in the case of large projects where repeatability and precision are crucial.
