✅ How to properly test the pressure?
- Sit comfortably, resting your back against the backrest. Put your hands against the table or armrests.
- Do not drink caffeinated beverages 30 minutes before measuring. Do not smoke until 30 minutes before the test.
- Measure every day at the same time of day.
- Repeat each measurement 3 times and draw the average from these measurements.
- Wait 1 minute between measurements.
- Record your measurements daily.
How to correctly read the pressure parameters on the display?
The correct pressure occurs when its values range between 100 and 139/60 and 89 mmHg. The pressure of 120/80 mmHg is considered ideal.
1. Systolic pressure: It is the highest number — it is the pressure during which your heart contracts, pumping blood into your body.
2. Diastolic pressure. It’s the lowest number — it’s the pressure between beats when your heart relaxes.
