PowerBar 5Electrolytes are soluble tablets that provide the 5 most important electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chlorides and caffeine at a dose of 75mg per tablet. A drink prepared from one tablet and water has only 8 kcal. The product is therefore ideal whenever we want to stay properly hydrated without unnecessary carbohydrates. The ratio of electrolytes is selected to the same extent as they are lost by sweating. The tablets dissolve completely, leaving no bubbles.

How to use 5Electrolytes+Caffeine PowerBar 10 tablets:

Rleave 1 tablet in 500-750 ml of water depending on your taste preferences. Drink 200-300ml an hour before exercise and approx. 150-200ml every 15 minutes during exercise. Maximum of 2 tablets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Due to the content of caffeine (75mg/1 tablet), the product is not suitable for young children, pregnant women, nursing women or people sensitive to caffeine.
