Electrolytes are a set of minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium that keep the balance of electrolyte fluids in the body at the right level.

The product is dedicated to athletes, physically active people and anyone who needs a quick replenishment of lost electrolytes to support the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. In addition, magnesium contained in electrolytes contributes to the reduction of fatigue.

The hypotonic effect of ALLHydrate electrolytes is due to the fact that their osmolarity is lower than body fluids, thanks to which the water contained in them more easily passes through the cell wall towards a solution with higher osmolarity. The osmolarity of all body fluids is in the range of 280 – 295 mOsm.

Each batch of ALLHydrate is laboratory tested with an osmometer that compares changes in the physicochemical properties of solutions, which allows us to optimize the osmolarity parameter. A low osmolarity solution has fewer particles of the substance dissolved per litre of solution, while a high osmolarity solution has more particles of the substance dissolved per litre of solution. When solutions of different osmolarity are separated by a membrane that passes water, but not other dissolved substances, the water will move from the lower osmolarity side towards the higher osmolarity side.

ALLHydrate electrolytes have lower osmolarity than body fluids, therefore they have a HYPOTONIC effect (increase cell hydration).

ALLHydrate as the first electrolyte product on the market contains a natural source of sodium which is natural, stone salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodized). Elements occurring in Kłodawska salt are easily absorbed, and their content supports the proper functioning of the human body. They are of natural origin and were created as a result of precipitation from sea water about 257-252 million years ago. Thanks to traditional ways of its fragmentation, salt does not lose its properties. Salt stone from Kłodawa contains ingredients necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. The following macroelements are present: Ca, Mg, Na, Cl, S and microelements: Fe, I, Cr, Se, Cu, Zn, Mn.

Ingredients: Kłodawska non-iodized rock salt containing sodium and chlorides, potassium citrate (potassium), magnesium citrate (magnesium), anhydrous caffeine, calcium lactate (calcium), calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (phosphorus), acidity regulator: citric acid, natural lemon aroma with other natural aromas, natural dye: safflower extract, sucose.

Recommended daily intake: one serving of 6,9 g. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Usage: portion of electrolytes (6,9 g=3 scoops) dissolved in 1 L of lukewarm water. Shake well before use. The amount of water can be increased in case of low physical activity or modified according to your taste preferences.
