The calibration certificate is a document issued free of charge in the production process of the meter.

It confirms the conferral of metrological properties and maintaining measurement consistency.

In the calibration certificate under the date of issue of the document there is a dotted field: “Date of commissioning”. This is the field left for the instrument user in which the date of purchase should be entered.

The entered date of purchase can be used to determine the next calibration date based on the manufacturer’s recommendation below:

Subsequent execution of the metrological confirmation (calibration) is recommended to be carried out within 12 months from the date of purchase, but no later than 24 months from the date of production / checking.

Another metrological inspection is carried out by the Research and Calibration Laboratory of Sonel S.A. companies, and the issued document is called - Calibration Certificate.

Precise short-circuit loop measurements: Accurate short-circuit loop impedance measurement, also in circuits with RCD circuit breakers, with automatic short-circuit current calculation.

Comprehensive RCD test: Testing the parameters of AC, A and B residual current circuit breakers, with measurement of current and operating time, as well as touch voltage.

Wide range of insulation resistance measurement: Possibility to measure insulation resistance up to 3 GΩ at different measuring voltages (up to 1000 V), with automatic capacity discharge function.

Accurate measurement of grounding and continuity: Measurement of grounding resistance by 3-wire method and continuity of protective and compensatory connections with current ≥200 mA.

Safety of use: Checking the correctness of PE connection with a touch electrode, protection against voltage on the object, detection of L and N wire replacement.

Convenience and automation of work: Automatic RCD examination, the possibility of using adapters for sockets and testing the insulation of multicore wires, auto-calibration of measuring wires.

Additional functions: Measurement of voltage and frequency of the network, indication of the order of phases, and with clamps - measurement of current, power and cosφ.

Memory and data transmission: Ability to save 990 results and wireless (Bluetooth) or wired (USB) transfer them to your computer.
