Beurer EM 95
The EM 95 electrostimulator from Beurer allows you to perform professional training without leaving your home. In addition, it is possible to connect to the application "Beurer EMS HomeStudio" on your smartphone using Bluetooth and perform professional EMS training. You can also use the help of a virtual trainer. The muscle electrostimulator allows you to track your fitness level and record your progress.
The user can choose one of the areas “Fitness & Strength Training” or “Relax & Wellbeing”. There is a total of 20 workouts with developed exercises, the degree of difficulty of which can be adjusted individually. In addition, the muscle electrostimulator allows you to create your own workouts in the application, using the available 50 exercises. All exercises are presented in video by a virtual trainer. After the workout, the app displays a detailed overview of your workout progress and performance. In addition, it monitors the frequency of workouts using the calendar function.
Electric Muscle Stimulation
Electrostimulation, or electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), is a widely used, recognized method of therapy, especially in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
