Attention! The SPJ series actuators are not designed to open entry gates.

The electric actuator from the Super Power Jack series offers excellent value for money, while maintaining very good parameters and precise workmanship. It has been widely used as a supplement to agricultural machinery and other specialized equipment. It is extremely easy to assemble and use. Limit switches provide additional safety, the change of direction of extension depends on the direction of polarity (polarity). Driven by DC 12, 24 or 36V motor.

Due to the increased lifting capacity (up to 300kg) of SPJ HARL actuators, a metal mounting plate was used in the construction of the device body to increase the rigidity and stability of the structure. You will not find such a strong construction in the replacements of our products sold at a similar price, in which these elements are plastic and susceptible to damage.

The main drive mode has been properly strengthened in relation to the transferred forces.

Winding wire in the rotor made of 100% Cu, which ensures the reliability of the rotor operation with a longer service life, where in the case of cheap substitutes with aluminum admixtures, the rotor can quickly overheat and burn.

After connecting the actuator to the correct voltage, the SPJ series actuator extends at nominal speed (for this model ~7.5 mm/s). It should be remembered that connecting the actuator to a voltage higher than the rated one results in a higher ejection speed (up to 10-14 mm / s), but very often leads to damage to the product.

Therefore, we warn against purchasing actuators for lower voltage and connecting them to control devices with higher output voltage as some dishonest sellers suggest (e.g. connection of the 12V actuator to the 24v controller for higher operating speed).

The rated voltage of SPJ actuators is always given to a specific value (12, 24 or 36V), not in the range (12-24V or 12-36V).
