Cooking and cooking in one go! With the vacation container Lady Marmalade by Klarstein you will diversify your menu – with a long-lasting effect. The large vaulting machine with a usable capacity of 27 l has enough space to change the contents of max. 14 jars for preserves with a capacity of 1 l in durable canned food. Whether you’re brewing fruits or vegetables like cherries, beans or peas from your garden, gherkins or preparing sweet jams, savory sausage mass or ready stew, roast and roll – at Lady Marmalade they’ll get a long shelf life. Operation is very simple: filled jars are inserted into the pot, water is poured, then the desired temperature is set between 30 and 100 ° C, the time of vaccination in the range from 5 minutes to 12 hours and the whole process can already begin. The built-in digital indicator is extremely helpful, on which you can read all the settings made. The container maintains the automatically selected temperature and turns off automatically after the time of vaccination. Overheating protection guarantees safety during vaccination and turns off the pot automatically if it is too hot or runs out of water.

However, the possibilities of Lady Marmalade by Klarstein do not end there. Thanks to its taste-neutral and hygienic stainless steel interior, stainless steel drain tap with Cool-Touch lever (resistant to high temperatures) and built-in heat retention function, it is also ideal as a hot beverage dispenser, e.g. hot tea, punch, soups or mulled wine, thus enriching the menu at events, buffets or conference rooms.

Also visually, the vaulting machine Lady Marmalade by Klarstein leaves nothing to be desired. Its outer casing is made of polished stainless steel and mounted on a gray plastic base. Cool-Touch handles (high temperature resistant) allow for easy carrying and the plastic cover also does not heat up, so you can safely touch it.
