ELECTRIC SCOOTER REGULATIONS

Electric scooter driver:

• is obliged to use the bicycle road or the bicycle lane if they are designated for the direction in which it is moving or intends to turn;
• is obliged to take special care and give way to pedestrians when using the road for bicycles and pedestrians;
• may stop in the bicycle lock next to other drivers of these vehicles, but is obliged to leave it when it is possible to continue driving in the intended direction and take a seat on the road in accordance with the relevant PRD regulations.

The person driving an electric scooter is prohibited from:

• driving on the road next to another traffic participant;
• riding without holding at least one hand on the steering wheel and legs on the footrests;
• clinging to vehicles;
• towing or towing another vehicle;
• carrying another person, animal or cargo.
