Freedom of movement - wheels allow you to change the workplace of the radiator in a few seconds.

A housing that withstands humid environments and years of use without losing its appearance.

❓ How does the 500 W version differ from the others?

✅ The MIAMI 500 W operates at a single heating power and does not have mode switching. Versions from 1000 W upwards have two modes: ECO at half power and COMFORT at full power.

❓ What exactly is the difference between ECO and COMFORT modes?

✅ COMFORT is full rated power operation for the variant. ECO reduces the heater's power to half - for the MIAMI 1000 W, this is 500 W; for 1500 W: 750 W; for 2000 W: 1000 W; and for 2500 W: 1250 W. ECO is suitable for maintaining a set temperature, while COMFORT is for heating a room from scratch.

❓ How do I set the thermostat if there is no temperature scale on it?

✅ The manual describes it like this: turn the knob to the maximum setting to quickly heat the room. When the temperature is comfortable, turn the knob counter-clockwise until you hear a click – the heater and indicator light will turn off. From this point, the device will maintain that temperature automatically.

❓ Does the heater make noise?

✅ The MIAMI heats through natural convection, without forced air – you won't hear a fan. During heating and cooling, the casing may produce occasional creaks from expanding metal; this is normal for heating devices.

❓ Do I need an electrician to connect it?

✅ No. The heater has a cord with a plug. However, the manual requires a grounded outlet and prohibits connecting the device before it is mounted on the wall or placed on casters. It is also forbidden to install it directly below an electrical outlet.

❓ How much space should I leave around the heater?

✅ The manual states: at least 200 mm between the bottom edge of the device and the floor, at least 200 mm from objects on the sides, and 500 mm in front. Wall mounting holes should be drilled with a drill bit approximately 8 mm in diameter.

❓ Can I hang the MIAMI in the bathroom?

✅ The manual permits installation in a bathroom, provided that water accumulation on the device's surface is prevented. The protection rating is IPX4. It is forbidden to place the heater under a shower or in a pool, and installation must respect the protective zones applicable in rooms with a bathtub or shower.

❓ Can I leave the heater on and leave the house?

✅ No. The MIAMI user manual explicitly prohibits leaving a working heater unattended. The thermostat automatically interrupts and resumes heating, but it does not replace user presence. If you are not using the device for an extended period, turn it off and unplug it.

❓ Which power variant is suitable for my room?

✅ The approximate guideline used by Mission Air® is 1 kW of power per approximately 10 m2 of a well-insulated interior with standard ceiling height. For poorer insulation, large windows, or high ceilings, it is advisable to choose a higher power variant.

❓ How should I care for the heater between seasons?

✅ Wait for the device to cool down and unplug it. Regularly remove dust from the surface. Wipe the housing with a soft, damp cloth – do not use abrasive materials or solvents. Do not wash the device or immerse it in water. For longer storage, wipe the housing and store the heater in its box in a dry, ventilated room.

🔥 Bedroom where the radiator is too weak

Central heating takes a long time to warm up and can't keep up on cold evenings. The MIAMI, hung on a clear wall section, supplements the heating. The lack of forced air means no noise near your bed.

🔥 Home office used only during work hours

There's no point heating the entire apartment from morning. The heater, placed near the desk, raises the temperature in one room during work hours – you are present while it's on, and simply turn it off when you're done.

🔥 Commercial space or shop with frequently opened doors

The temperature drops near the entrance every time a customer enters. A heater hung in the service area maintains comfort for staff without interfering with the premises' existing installation.

🔥 Workshop or garage used seasonally

The space remains cold most of the week. Turn on the MIAMI when you're working, set the thermostat to a comfortable level, and then move the heater aside when you're finished.

🔥 Spring and autumn when the heating season hasn't started yet

For a few weeks a year, the apartment is simply cool, and central heating isn't on. One heater, moved on casters between rooms, solves the problem without activating the entire system.

🔥 Guest room or room used occasionally

It's not cost-effective to keep it warm all season. Turn on the MIAMI when guests visit, and a power variant matched to the room size will raise the temperature without heating the rest of the house.

🏠 Resident of a block with an underheated room: Calorifer in a corner room can not cope on cold days. The heater on the wall equalizes the temperature without waiting for the decisions of the cooperative.

💻 A person working remotely: Heats only the one room where he actually works - and is at the device throughout its operation.

🏘 Owner of an apartment for rent: He needs a simple device, the operation of which does not need to be explained to anyone: a switch and a thermostat knob.

🧰 User of the workshop or garage: Heats the room only for the duration of work, and then puts the heater against the wall.

🛒 Operator of a small service point: He wants to heat up the customer service area without rebuilding the installation in the rented premises.

📐 A person with a very small area: The depth of 9 cm makes the heater fit where other heating devices are not an option.

👶 Parent of a small child: Looking for a heat source without blowing, which does not blow dust around the room.

🔧 A person who does not want to drill into the wall: Mounts the wheels in the base and puts the heater where it is needed - without a single hole in the plaster.

❓ What if the heater's power is not enough for my room?

💪 The MIAMI series includes five power variants – from 500 W to 2500 W. The approximate guideline is 1 kW per 10 m2 of a well-insulated interior. If the room is a corner unit, has large windows, or a higher-than-standard ceiling, consider a higher power reserve rather than just calculating square meters.

❓ What if it's too loud for the bedroom?

💪 The MIAMI has no fan – heat rises through natural convection via the outlet louvers. You won't hear a fan operating. During heating, the casing might make an occasional creak from expanding metal, which is typical for any heating device and stops once it's heated up.

❓ What if I don't want to monitor the temperature all evening?

💪 You don't have to. The thermostat with an air temperature sensor automatically interrupts heating when the set temperature is reached and resumes it when the room cools down. The indicator light shows the device's current cycle stage. The manual also reminds you not to leave a working heater unattended.

❓ What if I don't have a place to hang it?

💪 You don't need to drill into the wall. Casters are included – screw them onto the base and place the heater against the wall. The bracket and wall mounting components remain in the box in case you decide to use them later.

❌ MYTH 1: Convection heaters dry out the air in a room.

✅ FACT: No heating device removes water from the air. By raising the temperature, it lowers the relative humidity – the air feels drier, even though the amount of water vapor hasn't decreased. The effect is the same with a mains-powered radiator.

❌ MYTH 2: The ECO mode is the stronger one because "economic" means "efficient."

✅ FACT: The opposite is true. ECO reduces the heater's power to half of its rated value and is used to maintain a set temperature. COMFORT is full power operation, intended for heating a cold room.

❌ MYTH 3: A convector needs a fan for heat to reach the far corners of a room.

✅ FACT: Natural convection works without forced airflow: cool air enters from the bottom, heats up at the heating element, and rises through the louvers at the top. Air movement occurs naturally due to density differences.

❌ MYTH 4: A more powerful heater always uses more electricity.

✅ FACT: Consumption depends on the heater's operating time, not its rating plate. A device with power matched to the room will reach the set temperature faster and cycle off more often, whereas an underpowered heater might run almost continuously.

❌ MYTH 5: Since the heater has an IPX4 protection rating, it can be placed anywhere in the bathroom.

✅ FACT: IPX4 means resistance to water splashes from any direction, not permission for any placement. The manual prohibits placing the device under a shower or in a pool and requires that when installing in a bathroom, water accumulation on the surface must be prevented. Additionally, protective zones defined by regulations must be observed.

1 Unpack i check set

Remove the heater from the box, remove the packaging and check the installation parts: wheels, wall bracket, screws and pegs. Do not plug the plug into the outlet yet.

2 Select way setting

Freestanding: Screw the wheels to the base with the included screws. Wall-mounted: drill holes in the wall with a diameter of approx. 8 mm, embed the pegs and screw the bracket, then hang the heater on it.

3 Keep required spacing

At least 200 mm between the lower edge of the device and the floor, at least 200 mm from the objects on the sides and 500 mm in front. Do not mount the heater under an electrical outlet and do not cover the ventilation openings.

4 Connect power

Set the thermostat knob to the off position, and only then insert the plug into the socket with grounding. In the 1000-2500 W variants, choose the mode: ECO to maintain the temperature, COMFORT for quick heating.

5 Set thermostat

Turn the knob to the maximum value. When the room gets pleasantly warm, turn it counterclockwise until you hear a click - the heater and the indicator light will turn off. From now on, the heater will maintain this temperature itself.

Pro tip

At the first start-up, the smell of heated furnace varnish may float from the new housing. This is normal - ventilate the room and let the device work for several minutes under supervision, the smell will disappear and will not return.
