You can significantly reduce the amount of fat needed to prepare meals, since the surface of the grill pan is made of non-stick material, so products can be added directly to the device. During preparation, e.g. sausages or grilled pork necks leak fat into the tank mounted under the heating surface.

The container collecting leaking fat is removable, which makes it very easy to wash it with warm water and liquid.
