The latest version of the award-winning electric bike, better than ever.

Based on the strengths of its predecessor, it introduces new elements and solutions.

The result of the changes is a powerful electric enduro bike with excellent performance and a long range, which provides an internal battery with a capacity of up to 750 Wh. The range of the bike can be further increased by using an additional 360-Wh battery. This mountain e-bike impresses with its new lightweight, rigid and durable Lite IV aluminum frame with progressive geometry inspired by the classic One-Sixty.

The bike is now lower than before, allowing you to take a more aggressive riding position,

However, it retained the valued driving characteristics of the earlier version of the bike.

Suspension kinematics includes special shape of flex stay rear triangle tubes,

which gives greater frame rigidity and easier servicing, and Flip-Chip element,

which allows you to use the eOne-Sixty with both 29" wheels (160 mm rear suspension travel),

as well as in the factory configuration mullet with 29" wheel on the front and 27,5" on the back (174 mm stroke).

The frame size selection system allows you to choose the frame due to your preferred riding style,

and the suspension becomes more progressive as the frame size increases.

The frame has wires integrated in the Wire Port system, this solution protects the wires from dirt and moisture,

while ensuring a clean look for your bike.

A special system prevents the fork crown from hitting the lower tube.

This e-bike has a lightweight and powerful Shimano EP801 motor with max. torque 85 Nm.

Great suspension behaviour is the result of cooperation of the frame with the front 170-mm Marzocchi Z1 eMTB shock absorber

and Marzocchi Bomber Air damper.

Amazing traction and agility gives you a 27,5” wheel in the back, and great rolling over obstacles

This is due to the 29” wheel on the front. Strong Merida Expert TR II (tubeless ready) wheels promote great bike performance.

The wheels have Boost hubs that increase lateral rigidity and strengthen them.

The bike is equipped with a 1 x 10 drive with Shimano Deore RDM5130 LinkGlide 10 derailleur,

safety on rough terrain is enhanced by Shimano Deore M6120 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes

with 220 mm discs at the front and 203 mm at the rear.

The Maxxis Assegai 2,5" (front) and Maxxis Minion DHR II 2,4" (rear) tyres will also work in it.

Thanks to the adjustable Merida Team TR II seatpost, you can quickly adjust the position on the bike to the situation on the route.

HFS - HYDRO FORMING SYSTEM

Production of three-dimensionally bent pipes using a complex process of “hydroforming”. The combination of hot oil and water pushes out the shape of the frame under high pressure (from inside to outside), allowing the creation of advanced pipe profiles. Thanks to MERIDA’s vast experience, its aluminium processing technologies are at the highest level.

X-TAPER HEADTUBE

The expanding steerer tube with 1 1/8” bearing at the top and 1 1/2” or 1 1/4” at the bottom allows you to stiffen the frame head, which increases control precision and driving confidence. In addition, thanks to this solution, the bike responds better to extreme overloads in corners.

SMOOTH WELDING

Smoothing welds with appropriate welding techniques – improved appearance without deteriorating the weld structure. This solution allows you to maintain the proper rigidity of the frame and get its attractive finish. Thanks to MERIDA’s vast experience, its aluminium processing technologies are at the highest level.

INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING

Leading wires inside the frame pipes. This solution not only improves the appearance of the bike, but also protects the cables from dirt and moisture.

Di2 READY

A solution that allows you to mount Shimano's Di2 electronic derailleur system. It is characterized by high reliability and efficient, trouble-free operation. ‘Di2 Ready’ means frames which are optimally prepared for the use of this technology, including the possibility of mounting the battery in the seat post or inside the steering tube.

RACELITE 61 ALUMINIUM

Extremely light and strong 6061 aluminum alloy used in the aerospace industry. MERIDA subjects it to additional hardening, creating double-shaded light and rigid pipes.

K-MOUNT

Fixing on the bottom tube of the rear triangle, which allows you to screw the support with two screws. The integrated design ensures optimal rigidity during braking.

CASTING MOTOR BRACKET

Advanced shapes possible to achieve thanks to casting technology. It provides a consistent look, as well as a strong connection between the frame and motor on the electric bike. This technology also gives better performance and stable construction.

NON-SLIP TIGHTENING

Selected bicycle screws can be tightened with a Torx 30 wrench only on one side. There is no risk that the screw on the other side will slip or turn. This solution allows you to screw important components faster and more securely.

INTERNAL BLOCK

The Internal Block system located in the rudders prevents the fork crown from hitting the lower tube, for example, during falls or in sharp turns. It was first used in the NINETY-SIX in 2015. The rubber covers additionally protect against any impact of the fork crown against the frame.

ENERGY GUARD TWIST

The rotating safety mechanism located at the top end of the Energy Guard inner battery cover ensures easy closing and opening of the cover.

P-FLEX

The flexibility of the frame material and the special shape of the pipes allow the frame to bend around the connection of the upper and lower tubes of the rear triangle, without the need to place a pivot point on it. This solution reduces the weight of the bike and increases the rigidity of the frame.

WIRE PORT

The rudders designed by MERIDA allow you to insert wires into the frame through them. This solution ensures a clean look of the bike without interfering with the frame. Depending on the model, the wires are integrated and guided entirely internally (through the steering wheel and bridge) or semi-integrated, guided to the frame under the bridge.

FAST KINEMATIC

Flexstay rear suspension platform with suspension kinematics specific to each frame size. Models with longer ranges have increased progression to better suit more vicious and/or heavier riders. The suspension can be adjusted for the 29” front and rear wheels or the variable wheel size (29” and 27,5”), while maintaining the geometry of the bike. Flexstay-Adjustable-Size-Tuned: FAST kinematics.

LONG FENDER

ONE-FORTY and ONE-SIXTY can have an elegantly integrated full-length rear fender on. It provides excellent protection against dirt and water from under the rear wheel. In addition, the standard short mudguard protects the main pivot point bearings and wires, prolonging their service life.
