INFRA infrared wave drying

INFRA is a new way of drying that can be compared to drying with sunlight. Food is dried naturally, without harmful UV radiation. Drying with infrared allows you to preserve more vitamins, enzymes, minerals and fiber. With INFRA you can dry, for example, tomatoes, meat, mushrooms, herbs and other products.

5 programs

The dryer has a total of 4 drying programs and 1 for sterilization. The "Fruit" program is designed for drying fruit. For drying vegetables, the program "vegetables" is used. In the "Meat" program, you can make your favorite snacks, which are usually dried in the oven for several dozen hours with the need to change the temperature. In the program "yogurt" you will prepare homemade yogurt. For each program, you can set whether you want to dry with INFRA or HEATER (without INFRA). The last sterilization program is used to clean the dryer.

Manual program

If you do not want to use any of the ready-made programs, you can choose a manual program for which you will set the time and temperature. You can set the temperature from 35 ° C to 75 ° C. Drying time is possible up to 99 hours.

Practical maintenance

Accessories include a drip tray and 5 stainless steel trays that are dishwasher safe. The main advantage of stainless steel is its higher resistance to damage. One of the other benefits is that it heats up quickly and speeds up the drying process.
