The Royal Catering electric smoker will allow you to prepare a variety of sausages and cold cuts, smoke meats, cheeses or fish both cold and warm, as well as smoking with baking. It will work especially in catering establishments, inns or agritourism farms, and thanks to simple operation also at home. The device has a CE certificate of conformity and meets the requirements of the Sanitary.
The offered smokehouse is made of stainless steel. Not only is it durable and resistant to corrosion, but it is also easy to maintain in hygienic cleanliness, ensuring that it will maintain its elegant appearance for a long time.
The large chamber is equipped with 8 removable shelves (the distance between the grates is 9 cm). Drip tray, placed under the grates, collects rendered fat, making it easier to clean the smokehouse.
There are handles on the sides of the case for easy carrying of the stove.
The stove has a specially designed drawer allowing for convenient addition of sawdust and wood chips intended for combustion without the need to open the door.
The offered smoking oven is extremely easy to use. On the readable control panel, apart from the switch, there is a timer knob that allows you to set the working time from 0 to 120 min and a thermostat knob with smooth temperature control.
The furnace enables cold smoking (20-30 °C), hot smoking (52-80 °C) and hot smoking (temperature above 82 °C).
Indicator lights inform the user about the operation of heating elements, and an analog thermometer indicates the current temperature inside the chamber.
