inSPORTline MultiTrainer exercise bands are a universal training tool designed to strengthen muscles using your own body weight . The system consists of straps that can be easily attached to a door, tree or any other support point. At the ends of the straps there are soft, non-slip grips for hands and feet. Training with inSPORTline bands , based on the use of your own weight, quickly became a very popular form of strengthening exercises , mainly due to its high effectiveness and low price.

inSPORTline MultiTrainer bands guarantee effective strengthening of all muscle groups. The set includes a DVD with exercises conducted by inSPORTline trainers and a practical, resealable bag.

Mounting options

The MultiTrainer can be anchored to a closed door or hung from a ceiling hook using a carabiner. The belt can also be attached to a tree branch, railing or gymnastic ladder.

Easy and quick adjustment of the strap length (145-247 cm) with a solid buckle, especially useful when you want to train in different places and using different types of exercises. The straps can be adjusted depending on individual needs.
