Ecological manna porridge BioBas is a classic, light and easily digestible wheat porridge, recommended as one of the first porridges in the diet of infants. It is made from ecological wheat, which provides energy, vitamin and mineral needed for the proper development of the child.

For infants and young children:

• In modified milk or water,

Bowl of teddy bear porridge: 4 flat spoons* porridge, 200ml milk/water

* 1 Flat spoon = 8g

1. Pour the right amount of porridge into cold milk or water. Boil stirring.

2. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the summer porridge into a bottle or bowl.

Older children can add fruit, jam, jam, butter or chocolate.
