Ingredients: organic millet porridge 50 %, organic oat porridge 39 %, powdered organic dates 7 %, powdered organic freeze-dried beet 4 %.

Method of preparation:

Prepare 200 ml of water or milk in a cooking dish. Pour slowly two tablespoons of porridge and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a uniform consistency and cook for 2-3 minutes.
