What is pressure impregnation?
Under the influence of high pressure, in the order of 8-12 atmospheres, the wood is soaked with impregnating agent ( 1m3 of wood absorbs from 100 to 300 liters of impregnation). During such a several-hour process of impregnation most of the pests, microorganisms and bacteria found in wood are killed.
