HUTCHINSON is a French company founded in 1853 by Hiram Hutchinson in Langlée, near Montargis. The production of tires began in 1890. Hutchinson tyres undergo “combat tests” in races such as the Tour de France, which allows them to refine rubber structures and compounds in real competitive conditions.
Today, Hutchinson is the only French bicycle tyre company that produces most of its product range in France. Brand invests ok. 5% annual turnover in the R&D center, so it can offer a wide range of tires for demanding users and professionals.
Bicycle tyre 700x35 brand Hutchinson, designed for off-road riding.
Unrivalled under in terms of quality, durability and safety compared to products with a comparable price.
The model is available in wire, inner tube, size ETRTO 35-622, in black.
OVERIDE Gravel Tire is designed for varied terrain. It's suitable for both asphalt riding and loose, muddy surfaces. It performs perfectly in these conditions, setting new trends in Gravel Cycling.
OVERIDE is a high-performance tire. It features high puncture resistance. The smooth center tread, combined with small, densely packed diamond-shaped side knobs, ensures fast rolling and good cornering grip. It handles both paved roads and gravel paths with ease.
The casing, at 33 TPI in this model, provides excellent abrasion resistance.
THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVANTAGES:
Low rolling resistance on hard surfaces – smooth central belt supports fast and efficient movement on asphalt and paved roads.
Sure grip on unpaved roads – side tread elements improve control on gravel and loose ground.
Stable handling and comfort – the tyre design makes it easier to maintain direction and reduces the feeling of uneven surfaces.
Comprehensive application – works well in urban traffic and on gravel routes.
High wear resistance – adapted for intensive, everyday use.
WHO IS OVERIDE FOR?
For cyclists on various surfaces – suitable for riding on asphalt, gravel and paved roads.
For people who use a bike on a daily basis – it will work well during regular commuting and everyday use.
For those planning longer routes and trips - provides comfort and stability over longer distances.
For those who value comfort and driving confidence – reduces the feeling of unevenness and facilitates control on less even surfaces.
APPLIED TECHNOLOGIES:
TUBETYPE
A classic tyre adapted for use in a set with an inner tube.
The advantage of these tires is simplicity of use, affordability and ease of servicing.
Benefits: tires do not require a special type of rim.
Service: classic inner tube tires are the easiest to service and replace, e.g. in case of puncture during training.
Application: inner tube tires are best suited for training.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT INNER TUBE FOR A BICYCLE TIRE?
SIZE
The inner tube must fit the rim diameter and the tire width range. Search for compatibility in ETRTO and in size inch.
Before installation, pay attention to compatibility: whether your current tyre has an ETRTO designation consistent with the product description and a width within the specified range.
The following markings are on the tyre:
ETRTO - width and diameter in mm, e.g. 28-622
Size in inches – e.g. 29x2.2, 27.5x2.1, 26x2.0
On the inner tube you will also find such information:
The same ETRTO diameter as on the tyre, e.g. 622, 584, 559
Width range, which includes tyre width, e.g. 28-32mm, 700x28/32C, 29x2.1-2.4
The above parameters are placed:
On the side of the tyre – stamped or printed: ETRTO and size in inches
On inner tube packaging – ETRTO + size range in mm/inch
On the old inner tube: print in the valve area
TYPES OF VALVES IN BICYCLE INNER TUBES:
DV (Dunlop) BICYCLE
Rim opening: 8-8,5 mm
Application: urban, children's, trekking
Features: simple design, easy pumping, holds pressure well, is not designed for very high pressures
AV (Schrader) CAR
Rim opening: 8-8,5 mm
Application: MTB, electric, urban
Features: works with compressors and pumps at stations, very durable, requires a thicker hole in the rim
FV (Presta) FRENCH
Rim opening: 6-6,5 mm
Application: road, gravel, high-performance MTB
Features: narrow and light, adapted to work at high pressures
ASSEMBLY TIPS AND COMMENTS:
Choose the valve diameter for the rim hole: about 6,5 mm for FV (Presta) and about 8,5 mm for DV/AV.
Choose the length of the valve so that it protrudes at least 15 mm above the rim.
Before installing the inner tube and tire examine the technical condition of the rim – whether there are sharp edges, nipples, edges or damages that require replacing the rim or the entire wheel.
Wipe the inside of the tyre and rim.
If a previously used tyre is used to replace the inner tube, check the condition of the sidewalls (cracks, micro-slots), possible bulges or deformations and abrasions of the tire interior; with visible damage, the tire should be replaced, as the risk of subsequent punctures increases significantly.
After inflating the inner tube slightly beforehand, when installing, make sure that it is laid without twisting and has not been pressed with a spoon or pressed between the tire foot and the rim; the valve should come out of the rim straight. The tyre should be pumped according to the range given on the side (too low pressure promotes “finishing”, too high threatens to shoot), and while driving avoid strong overruns on sharp curbs and deep holes without relieving the wheel.
It is recommended to use rim tape/protector to minimize the risk of mechanical damage during installation.
Important: Even a properly selected and mounted inner tube is not completely resistant to mechanical damage arising during operation.
The offered bicycle tyres meet the requirements of the REACH regulations. It does not contain hazardous chemicals above the permissible thresholds.
