Expert 66 bicycle panniers and all panniers from the Expert series are uncompromising products - durable, waterproof, roomy and functional. For their production, we use TPU Cordura, which is a material characterized by very high resistance to abrasion and tearing, and at the same time the pouch is light and soft to the touch.

The pouches are fully waterproof, thermopolyurethane (read below about this technology) coating together with a double locking system through rolling and a hood protects the contents not only from heavy rain, but even during a momentary full immersion of the pouch in water!

The offer applies to two panniers, the total capacity of which is 60 liters. The following additional accessories increase the total capacity of the pannier set to 66 litres (2×33 litres). These pouches can only be mounted on the rear bicycle rack.

By buying these panniers in the set you will receive additionally:

- 2x pocket attachment,

- 2x Pocket 3l bag

The pocket attachment is attached to the back of each pouch with a special harness. This system provides easy access to the contents as well as quick removal of the bag and taking it with you, e.g. To the store where we stopped by bike. With the included shoulder strap, it becomes a convenient bag for things you must always have with you when shopping or sightseeing. For example, you can hide your phone, wallet or powerbank and other important items that you can quickly take with you and the whole bike with more practical equipment can be left "under the store" without fear.

You can use the pocket harness to transport other items weighing up to 1,5 kg. It is also perfect as a container for a water bottle, wet sandals or generally soaked and sweaty clothes that would normally be in the foil hidden in the bicycle pouch.

The Expert pannier set (left and right) with accessories provides up to 66 liters of capacity, but if you do not need so much, you can adjust the volume by tightening the roll, compressing the pockets and removing the hood. Inside the hood there is a pocket for small items. For the production of our panniers we use the best durable Dura-flex and ITW Nexus buckles.

Thermopolyurethane is a plastic that we use to coat Cordura. Expert 66 bicycle panniers are therefore very precisely, tightly and tightly welded in high frequency (so-called. HF). We are the only in Poland and one of the few manufacturers of bicycle panniers in Europe using this technology, which:

1) provides the Cordura coated with it with complete tightness

2) is soft and pleasant to the touch

3) Compared to PVC coated materials:

✅ has better adhesion to the carrier (Cordury) – higher service life,

✅ has better resistance to mechanical damage, e.g. on friction,

✅ withstands more crimping cycles – does not peel on bends,

✅ less stiff in the cold,

✅ retains a fresh look for longer,

✅ does not contain PVC;

The panniers are equipped with RAIL CARRYING SYSTEM - these panniers fit the vast majority of luggage racks. High-quality plastics and aluminum rail ensure high strength. This system is equipped with "eyes", to which we attach a strap to carry the pouch on the shoulder. The Rail system is the lightest of all we offer.

The main advantages of the Rail support system are:

• smooth adjustment of the spacing of the upper hooks on the rail - in the Click System, adjustment takes place at designated points,
• The hook lock has a spring, which with its pressure eliminates the clearance between the hook and the spring, so that the pouch sits tightly and does not knock while driving,

• The lower hook is adjustable in the horizontal axis and has the ability to rotate around its own axis,
• easy adaptation to different models of luggage racks,
• possibility of disassembly with a Phillips screwdriver (e.g. for the duration of transport),
• The upper rail is made of aluminum, and the hooks are made of an even more durable material than in the Click System,
• eyelets to which the handle is attached are also attachment points for carrying the pouch on the shoulder - it can be purchased separately;

Rear wall stiffening - polypropylene plate, which we use to stiffen the pannier from the wheel side is an element of critical importance for safety. Prevents the bag from screwing in between the spokes of the accelerated bike.
