Gerda Contra Memo 900/6 is an innovative bike chain with a length of 90 cm, which redefines the convenience of transport thanks to its unique shape memory. Lightweight, robust and extremely easy to use, it provides ideal protection for recreational bikes and prams during short stops.

The Gerda Contra Memo 900/6 chain is a solution dedicated to cyclists who value ergonomics and speed of operation. The biggest distinguishing feature of this model is the Memo function (shape memory), which ensures that the chain after removing from the bike retains its form. Thanks to this, it can be quickly and stably wrapped around the seat post or hidden in the pannier without the risk of tangling links or annoying ringing while riding.

The heart of the fastener are 6 mm hardened links with a round cross-section, which provide optimal protection in the Gerda Standard Protection class. The whole has been covered with a durable, soft textile sleeve, which plays a double role: it gives the fastener a professional look and effectively protects the frame varnish from scratching. The length of 90 cm allows you to freely attach the bike through the frame and rear wheel to fixed elements of urban architecture, such as railings or stands.

Gerda’s engineers focused on maximum usability – the symmetric key makes it easy to operate the lock even in complete darkness, and the snap closure function allows you to secure the bike in one move, without the need for a key.
