The VB4500MS is a premium semi-automatic electrohydraulic lift designed for workshops that value ease of use, robustness and reliable performance.
It combines the power of 4500 kg of lifting capacity, stability, and ease of use thanks to the one-sided manual release of locks.
This solution is for those who like to have full control in the hand – without unnecessary electronics, but with the same level of safety and quality as the automatic model.

How is the PREMIUM lift different from our standard lift with the C4000MS?
- We have increased the lifting capacity from 4000 kg to 4500 kg, which gives a greater safety stock and allows you to operate heavier vehicles without stress.
- Better work geometry. The new model has 3000 mm between the columns (previously 2830 mm) and 2736 mm working width on the shoulders instead of 2560 mm. This provides easier entry, more slack and less combination for wider cars.
- Symmetrical, 3-section arms to fit a variety of vehicles. The range of arms in the VC4500MS is 714 – 996 – 1350 mm, which allows you to comfortably lift both small cars and larger dimensions. In the standard lift, asymmetrical arms worked in the range of 735 to 1200 mm.
- Stronger and more stable column base. The new base has 370 × 520 mm, while in the C4000MS it was 360 × 450 mm. A larger surface area means better load transfer and significantly greater structural stability.
- Optional reinforcement of the column base. Each model of the PREMIUM version can be equipped with additional reinforcement made of thick steel sheet (equivalent to the H-type lift). This solution:
- increases the rigidity of the entire structure,
- reduces micromovements of columns during operation,
- improves stability at maximum lifting capacity,
- It really increases the level of safety of the operator and the vehicle.
In standard lifts, this option does not exist. The only alternative would be to buy a separate lift on an H-frame.

Substrate for lift:
Work safety is not only a great lift but also a substrate under the lift, the correct attachment of the lift to a properly prepared floor is a key element in maintaining health and safety rules.
There are 2 methods of preparing the substrate for the 4,5T two-column lift:
Method of concrete poles:
- Installation only on load-bearing ground
- Prohibition of installation over ceilings or basements, unless the load capacity has been confirmed by the structural designer
- 2 separate foundations must be made (under each column separately)
- Dimensions of the foundation (spout) for each column:
1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1000 mm (W) x L x D. )
- Concrete class: min. C30
- Minimum thickness of support layer: 300 mm solid concrete
Reinforcement (recommended, especially with weaker ground):
- steel mesh or rods (e.g. rod Ø8 mm)
Difference in levels between foundations (columns): max. 2 mm.
28 days, waiting time for the floor to dry and harden (in the case of a fresh spout)
Uniform plate method:
- Recommended floor thickness: 300 mm
- Concrete class: min. C25 (recommended C30)
- Min. 600 mm from walls (800 mm recommended)
- Concrete must be compact, without cracks, not crumbling
- The thickness of the floor should be verified by making a control hole (e.g. Ø8 mm) and measurement of the actual thickness of concrete.
