Framework design

The TC0001 is a reinforced version of the extremely popular TQ0001 automatic lift. The lift is equipped with a reinforcing frame that allows installation in the workshop, where the thickness of the concrete screed is insufficient for the installation of a standard two-column lift.

Universal use

4T lifting capacity of the lift in combination with the frame structure are the main advantages of the presented model. The front lift arms have a 3-section telescopic design. The shortest front arm spacing (620mm) allows lifting small passenger vehicles. The maximum rear arm spacing (1330mm) is essential for stable positioning and safe handling of vans. The arms in the lift are asymmetrical and spread outwards, making it possible to maintain the optimal balance of the lifted vehicle. The standard equipment of the lift includes a set of distances with a height of 150mm. They are necessary when operating vans with tarpaulin, and off-road cars lifted by the frame. The supports placed under the vehicle are twisted and fastened with a latch to the arms and distances.

Automatic lift

The advantage of the automatic lift is convenient control of the lifting and lowering process using the buttons in the control panel, without the need to manually release the lock at each column. The solution reduces the handling time of the lift, because the employee does not have to go to the other side of the vehicle to unlock the lock. Both columns have electromagnets that automatically deactivate the locks when you press the lower button on the control panel.

Security

The safety latch system activates automatically when lifting the car. In addition, the limit switch stops the lifting process when the lift reaches its maximum height. The limit switch is also installed in the lowest position of the lift trucks, thanks to which the overload of the hydraulic system has been reduced to a minimum. Additionally, the lift trolleys are equipped with rubber protection to protect the vehicle door from damage. The lift is equipped with an emergency switch, which will allow you to immediately stop the operation of the lift in a dangerous situation.

Long-term durability

Precise execution of components not only translates into a longer life of the lift, but also guarantees better comfort of work. The special design of the electromagnetic locks guarantees quiet operation of the lift. The high quality of the materials used is a guarantee of reliable use of the lift for many years. The mechanical elements of the lift (chain, actuator, slides, ropes) are secured with special grilles, mounted on the inside of each column. The solution ensures excellent durability of lift components throughout the service life and eliminates the risk of damage during welding or grinding in the immediate vicinity of the machine.

Documents to UDT

All Techwar two-column lifts have a valid CE certificate issued by a notified body in the European Union and meet the necessary requirements for registration with the Office of Technical Inspection. Together with the lift you receive two copies of the technical documentation. Construction and electrical documents and the assembly protocol contained in the lift documentation are required to report the lift.

Service

All Techwar lifts are covered by a 5-year warranty. The condition is the installation by an authorized installer and regular maintenance. Mobile service performs all warranty repairs at the customer’s place where the lift is installed. Thanks to this, our customers have full control over the course of repair or inspection, and above all, they do not waste time on disassembly, sending and reassembly of repaired or replaced components. We have all standardized parts for our lifts, consumables (lines, slides, rubber elements), as well as mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.

Preparation of the substrate

Basic requirements for the preparation of the substrate for the installation of a two-column lift:

Basic dimensions of the substrate: length – 4000mm, width – 1500mm, depth – 200mm

The surface on which the lift will be placed should be homogeneous and flat.

Permissible difference up to 0,5cm by 3m length.

The substrate on which the lift will be installed should be prefabricated and dry for at least 15 days, which guarantees its proper resistance.
