Pod­no­two-column PK-4000AR AUTOMATIC ON THE FRAME

This is a version of a two-column lift on an additional frame with automatic ratchet unlocking.

Automatic ratchet unlocking is a simple and very convenient solution.

Simply press the lower button and the arms will automatically rise and the electromagnets will unlock the ratchets.

ASSEMBLY FRAME

!!! The frame allows you to mount the lift on concrete only 20cm thick!!!

The set includes up to 22pcs of anchors to attach the frame to the foundation, making the lift stable and secure despite such a thin spout.

An additional advantage of the frame is that it significantly simplifies the installation of the lift because all screw spacings are already precisely made in the frame and you do not have to measure the position of the columns relative to each other.

ASYMMETRIC ARMS

Massive and stable two-stop­ arms enable­li­ to handle vehicles­ of oso­bo­, vans and vehicles­dów 4×4. Thanks to the fact that the arms are asymmetrical, it is much easier to position the vehicle so that the center of gravity is in the middle and this significantly increases work safety.

AUTOMATIC DETENT

The lift is equipped with an automatic ratchet system on each column, which allows for safe and secure operation under the lift.

You do not have to remember to release them on both columns separately or pull links or levers. Simply press the lower button and the arms will automatically rise and the electromagnets will unlock the ratchets.

ARM LOCK

In addition, each arm is equipped with a lock that prevents the arms from moving sideways, which is to prevent the arm from slipping out from under the vehicle. When the arms are lifted from the ground, the locks automatically lock, and when lowered, they release themselves.

CYLINDER COVERS

Each column has protective covers for cylinders whose smoothing is sensitive to mechanical damage that can arise during work such as grinding or welding. Thanks to the cover, the risk of such damage is significantly reduced.

EMERGENCY EXIT

The lift is equipped with a solenoid valve with the possibility of manual opening and closing - so that in the absence of electrical power, you can leave the lift arms.

ADDITIONAL SOCKETS

In the lift control box there is an additional 230 V socket, which will greatly facilitate work with additional electrical devices. Of course, it is also equipped with a safety switch, a light indicating power supply and an audible signal when lowering. Operation is very simple and implemented by 3 buttons Up, Lock and Down.

RUBBER PROTECTIVE PADS

The lift has rubber covers that protect against damage to the vehicle door on the lift columns. This is especially useful when getting in and out of a vehicle standing between columns.
