1. Turn off the water and unscrew the current accessory (headphone, rain shower head or faucet tip).
2. screw the filter to the desired location (on the shower arm, centrally in front of the handset, directly into the tap or in front of the rain shower head)
3. Reinstall the accessory (headphone, rain shower head or faucet tip) on the bottom filter thread.
4. Unscrew the water, check the tightness and rinse the filter for ~1 min.

No. To really soften the water, you need to apply a softener on the main connection; shower filters have too little ion exchange resin to effectively reduce hardness.

2. What threads does it fit?

Standard ½" GW/GZ connections – fits most headphones, rain showers and tap tips.

3. Does the installation require tools or Teflon tape?

No. Installation is tool-free and does not require Teflon tape, although on old or stoned threads, the tape can help to connect more tightly.

4. Do shower filters work?

Yes. They remove chlorine, heavy metals, sediments and organic compounds, improving water quality and bathing comfort.

5. Do shower filters really help your hair?

Yes. The reduction of chlorine and impurities reduces dryness and breakage of hair, helping to restore softness, shine, and ease of detangling.

Yes. It is recommended to replace every 3-6 months or after filtering about 10 000 l of water, depending on the water quality and intensity of use.
