Door lock hole milling tool
The adjustable tool for precise creation of lock holes is a reliable accessory for the last stage of creating your own unique doors - the installation of locks and locks.
The accessory is made of high-quality high-pressure laminate with a thickness of 12mm, which guarantees stability of dimensions. It has an adjustable grip width depending on the thickness of the door (precisely centers the hole) and the length of the outlet under the lock.
The instrument includes interchangeable templates for milling inlets and recesses on face plates for door leafs and locks in sizes:
- 2 templates for locks with a plate of 25,4mm (1") and 22,5mm (7/8")
- templates for lock bodies with a width of 19mm (3/4") and 16mm (5/8").
Suitable for doors up to 58mm (2 and 1/4") thick
Hardware requirements: milling machine with straight cutter 12,7mm (1/2") with long reach and copy sleeve 16mm.
