1. What is Door Anchor?
Door anchor is a handle that can be successfully used together with rubbers and exercise tapes. We improved our handle by adding a rubber cover to it, which protects the rubber from rubbing.
1 - You put the rubber on the handle and put it through the door or put the handle on the door itself. Be sure to do this on the right side of the door (so that the door presses to close)
2- When closing, make sure the sponge creates adequate resistance on the door (keep this on when closing so that there is no accidental slipping)
3 - Pre-test whether everything is OK by lightly straining the rubber.
4 - This is how the handle should look on the other side. You can ask someone to check it out.
