SOLARY SD308 is an innovative device testing the tightness of various systems. With the help of smoke produced, which is introduced, e.g. in the intake system of the car engine and is to use it to detect even micro leaks that will cause e.g. loss of engine power. Designed wherever it is necessary to check the tightness of closed systems, e.g. fuel lines, intake systems, tanks, etc. thus finding wide application in the automotive and industrial sectors.

Protection against overheating

When the temperature of the device exceeds 75 ℃, the power protection will be intelligently activated to turn it off.

Protection against frost

The device can also work normally at 20 ℃.

Air mode:

First, use air mode to directly measure the leakage, and assess whether there is a leakage through the pressure gauge value. If it is less than 0,5 bar, it will inevitably leak. If it reaches 0,8 bar or more, the tightness is very good. There is no need to waste oil.

Smoke mode:

After the air mode determines that there is a leak, use the smoke mode to find the leak.

Step 1: Fill 20ml test oil (children's oil) to detector

Step 2: disconnect the pipe that must be connected to the detector

Step3: connect the detector with DC 12V battery, the device starts working

Step 4: the pipe will be filled with smoke, check the leakage points
