Professional automatic leak tester for pipes, hoses, joints, and installations using a smoke generator. This will help us quickly and accurately locate leaks in piping systems within minutes. The device can be used for testing the intake system, turbocharger test, exhaust system test, cooling system test, car sealing test, fuel tank system test, and various pipe fittings.

The device is powered by a 12V battery.

When first using, add 10 to 20 ml of smoke oil.

Do NOT exceed this amount.

Before refilling, drain any remaining oil from the detector and then add 10ml to 20ml of new oil.

Refill only when the smoke becomes thin or stops producing.

Do NOT operate the detector continuously for more than 8 minutes; it requires intermittent breaks.

Method of action:

1. You pour 20 ml into the leak detector, e.g.: olives for children

2. You open the engine cover and hang the detector in the cover

3. You disconnect the tube to be connected to the detector.

4. You connect the detector to the DC12V battery.

5. You turn on the power switch.

6. After 30 seconds, the pipe will fill with smoke.

7. Checking for leak points.

The detector has security if it exceeds the work limit, e.g. Ź

Above 75 degrees, it will automatically turn off the power. In such a Ź

case please stop working and return after cooling Ź

How to use a car smoke leak detector?

Note before leak test: turn off the vehicle ignition

● Assemble the smoke machine with supply hose, electrical outlet and hook

● Unscrew the oil filler cap and add the test oil

● Disconnect pipes that need to be connected to smoke leak detector

● Connect the car smoke machine power cord to the 12V vehicle battery (red terminal for positive battery and black flap for good ground, then the high power LED will be on if you still check the power supply)

● Introduce the smoke supply hose into the pipeline to be tested with the adapter cone

● Press the air control switch, wait a few seconds for the system to be under pressure, check the reading of the pressure gauge and flowmeter for leakage status. Turn on the smoke generator, adjust the amount of smoke to the right amount to quickly locate the leak position

● Leakage can be assessed depending on where the smoke appears
