Mounting kit for filling 11 kg cylinders in in Poland and countries where the DISCH system is in force. The refueling valve is installed near the cylinder storage place, so that the distance is not more than 2 mb (the length of the cable). On the one hand, the cable is terminated with a ball valve with a nut, which we screw onto the cylinder (left thread). On the other hand, the cable is not terminated with a connector (connector included). The length of the cable can be selected individually by shortening it and connecting it to the tip yourself. In this way, we can fill the cylinders without removing them from the motorhome.

The connection of the cylinder to the cable must be tight. Propane butane gas is characterized by very high thermal expansion. This means that a small increase in ambient temperature causes a large increase in gas volume. Therefore, it is important not to refuel the cylinder. We can pour no more than 19 liters of gas into a completely empty 11 kg cylinder. It is advisable to use a scale when filling the cylinder. The gross weight (bottle weight plus 11 kg of gas) is given on the rating plate. When pouring gas, you can not exceed this weight

We put a pressure nut on the cable and then the ring as shown in the photo. Then press the connector into the cable
