WAVE Double Sided Cast Iron Grates
These legendary wave-shaped gratesaccumulate and distribute heat. They can be used mutually. In the gutter position they collect juices from food to evaporate them and give tastes an aroma. The conical position allows you to get a characteristic grille on our steak. The grates are coated with porcelain, which gives them corrosion resistance
Aromatizers - flavouring rails
Hence the unique taste of grilled dishes. They cover the space above the burners and under the grate, provide even heat distribution and drainage of juices and fats from them into dishes. In addition, they prevent food from burning and maintain the temperature in the oven, making it easier to grill with the lid open.
Stainless Steel Tubular Burners with JET-FIRE Ignition System
Burners with a total power of 12 KW. This power heats up the grill in less than 10 minutes. Each of the three tube burners has two rows of flame. This solution ensures fast heating of the oven and even temperature on the entire surface of the grate.
JET-FIRE ignition system
The modern Jet-fire ignition system enables instant start of burners. This innovative, easy-to-use ignition system fires a stream of flame to individually ignite each gas burner individually.
Folding side shelves
The grill is equipped with two folding side shelves made of powder coated steel. The shelves are extremely durable and have an elegant design. Each of them has handles for hanging accessories for grilling Napoleon, such as pliers, spatula or brush. The shelves can be quickly folded in one motion, which will allow for easier storage of the gas grill.
