DJI Care Refresh is the service protection of your drone, which will provide you, for a small additional fee, two replacements of damaged equipment during the year. Includes damage caused by a collision or contact of the product with water. Damaged equipment will be replaced with new or equivalent new. The service package can be activated once up to 48 hours after the first launch of the drone or at a later date after sending the verification video to DJI. During the period of validity of the service, the official manufacturer's warranty applies

For the DJI Mini 3 drone, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 225. The cost of the Flyaway service is PLN 895. *

DJI Care Flyaway is an additional service in the DJI Care Refresh service plan, which allows you to receive a new drone if the previous delays and fails to recover. In the case of non-intentional loss of the drone, it is enough to pay the appropriate service fee to receive a completely new product. The service is available to all users with purchased DJI Care Refresh protection (applies to selected drone models), including those who purchased it before the introduction of Flyaway.

To use Flyaway Coverage, the user must link their DJI account and control apparatus to the drone in the DJI Fly app. If he does not do so before the possible loss of the device, he will not be able to use the replacement.

• DJI Care Refresh (2-year package): four exchanges and the possibility of using Flyaway Coverage 2 times.

1. The code must be activated on the manufacturer's website.
2. During the activation process, you must provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (located on the product) and the data of the person activating the package (name, surname, e-mail address).
3. The service package will be activated and assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by mail. Your drone is safe now!

The procedure for dealing with an accident is simple and fast. Just report the failure and send damaged equipment to the DJI service, remembering that you are using DJI Care Refresh. Once you receive a repair quote, you can choose between repair and replacement as part of the service. In the case of an exchange, an appropriate fee must be paid – the device will be delivered priority, and if you are in the same region where the service was purchased, shipping is covered by the manufacturer.

1. Report a fault and send the drone to the German service DJI with information about having DJI Care Refresh.
2. Get a repair quote and decide whether you will use it for a fee or a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh you pay a replacement fee and receive a new copy or spare parts (e.g. gimbal, camera, propellers).
4. This product is shipped Priority and with free shipping.
