Basalt meal is a natural agent improving soil quality, obtained from ground basalt rock, with an exceptionally rich mineral composition. Stoneware, which is a component of basalt meal introduced into the soil, strengthens shoots, making plants more resistant to fungal diseases and pests.

It contains many valuable macro- and microelements, such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, manganese, titanium, phosphorus, sulfur, boron, chromium, copper, iodine, zinc, molybdenum, and cobalt, which distinguishes it from classic mineral fertilizers.

 

Basalt meal has a slightly alkaline reaction, increases the pH value of the soil, improving its physico-chemical properties. The use of this agent helps in water retention on sandy lands and improves the retention of nutrients, favorably affecting the water-air conditions of the soil.
