FitMax® SlimDiet belongs to the group of foodstuffs used in diets with limited energy content, in order to reduce body weight, it is used as a preparation replacing one meal during the day. It contains properly balanced nutrients: easily digestible and lactose-free whey protein concentrate (WPC), only complex carbohydrates, whose slow breakdown in the body provides a long-lasting source of energy.

By binding large amounts of water, it increases the amount of food content, reducing the unification of its calorific value. It fills the digestive system as if it were an abundant high-calorie meal. This creates a feeling of satiety, which is recorded by the starvation center in the brain. This false alarm allows you to eliminate the enemy of slimming – “wolf” hunger, caused by a low-calorie diet, necessary for effective removal of excess weight. The glycemic index is 14 and the calorific value is 1,6 kcal / g, which means that it can be easily consumed by both slimming and diabetic people. Inulin is primarily a prebiotic. This means that it is an excellent medium for the bacterial flora of the digestive system.
