OBD Eleven Next Generation PRO is the best easy-to-use diagnostic interface for VAG cars:

The OBD Eleven diagnostic interface is connected to the OBD-II connector in the car. The application is compatible with Android (smartphones, tablets) and iOS (iPhone, iPad). Bluetooth BLE 4.2 wireless connectivity.

How does it work?
